Rick Corder and I jointly own a 12 foot KT Disk with the SC hitch.  I'm fabricating a regular hitch for it as well so I can pull it with my One-Eighty.  Mike

Dream - that disc is just a fantasy for Don's 45's...heck this is what happens to Don with a little 8 foot disc when it gets near some wet ground....

In reality, that disc gave Rick's D19 all it could take and then some...and this time it was Don to the rescue:

Well boys I knew that was more disc than the old WD45 needed behind her!! But I think it has a good home now. And this way I can see it work at Mike's place two or three times a year. Yes that is a serious tool! It made Rick's D19 bark a little.
Mike, Rick and I have cameras loaded for the day you get in too deep. LOL

Mike, what my Dad did to convert the snap coupler hitch was to run a couple of angle irons from the front corners to that snap coupler drawbar so it wouldn't swivel on the road. Then we'd just unpin the angle irons from the drawbar and swing them back over on top of the disc while using it in the field. Made for a nice tight turning outfit. If you have hills then you couldn't do it as the disc will run into the tractor when you lift it.
