Depends on the amount of fuel delivered. If you are at 250cc's the boost will be lower than if you have 300 cc's for example - everything else being the same.

I am running 410 cc's of fuel and getting 50lbs of boost.

When I was running that setup I was running around 350 cc of fuel limited to 3000 rpm. That turbo setup worked very well for me. Seemed to let the motor lug well while hanging on to the top end. I think if I remember right mine had a 8 blade compressor wheel on it I think there is a 6 or 7 blade wheel that is supposed to be more efficient although I don't know a lot about that there are others on this site who know a lot more about turbos than me

It seems you have answered your own question. Is this open RPM or limited? Inline or rotary pump?

Boost means nothing if you are not flowing air.
