I have a 12.5 LTH lawn tractor   that I acquired without a manual.  Can anyone tell about draining the hydro oil.   I see no sign of a drain plug, just the hose from the resivoir on bottom of the case.  I assume you just take the hose off to drain?  What would be the capacity of oil and the best type of oil to use.  Right now the oil looks more like thick beef gravy than any thing.  I need to find a cheap manual for this thing.  Thanks for the help.

Try a google search of 'manualsonline'. I found a manual for my sil's Murray lawn tractor there and the manual for a very old IHC Cadet riding mower there. They are in pdf format and can be downloaded and printed.
