yes sir it is. it has 12" wheels, makes for a nice stance. it doesnt pivot theres no need for it too it a pulling tractor.

this fine piece of equipment isnt catching anyones eye? this turn key tractor would be an excellent inexpensive way to get into the sport of pulling.
