How about some pictures of altered Allis Chalmers tractors and or equipment.  This is our conversion of a 720 from wide front end to narrow front end.  Still can use all the belly mounted equipment as before.  Don't know that I would want a front mounted snow blower on it but everything under it is fair game.  Den

I did.  Just did not have the ag tires when I took this picture.  I now have 3 720s converted to ag tires.  Den

I have a reversed wd45 that I use each winter to keep the driveways clear .It have an add on hydraulic pump so the shout can be turned and the diverter can be changed .I plan on re doing the cab and giving it a paint job one of these yrs when I get caught up .

Skidsteer backhoe on 55 WD45. Had to build a new mount to the hoe and make it easy enough to remove. Quick couple lines, 3 pins and 2 bolts allow it to be removed in about 5 minutes. Not very altered but still a lot of cutting, welding and modifying to make it rigid enough to last.

i am in the process of making a mounting bracket to mount a snap coupler blade to my Case 1835C Uniloader. I have removed the long tongue and working with what scrap I have on hand to make this work. I will post pictures when I get done.

Here are a few of the pictures leading up to the completed project Larry.  As usual, did not take enough pictures.
We actually built the narrow front end on a shell from a 720.  This allowed us to raise, lower, stand on end, and do what ever we needed to do without crawling around on the floor. A forklift is a great thing to have for some of these projects.  This is in the thinking stage.


This is the front end waiting for the steering to be connected.

Here we have it mounted on the actual tractor.  The front end is not welded on.  It is entirely bolted on with only 2 holes need to be drilled in the very front.  Other than that, It can be removed and original replaced.  It could be installed on another 720/620 in a couple of hours.

The engineer/builder of the project, Kerry Wiley, said that my idea of a narrow front end on a 720 was not a dream...it was a night mare.  He put it all together in about 4 hours work.  Den

Thanks, Dennis. That looks pretty well thought out, and the fact that you can go back to original in a couple of hours is pretty impressive. I'm betting you never do that. That is a very nice piece with quality workmanship. It's cool to see the additional pics.

That B110 of Eddies is definately awesome for sure! My plans are eventually installing a set of those Douglas wheels n' tires on my 716H. The bigs n' littles that I have on it now will go on my other 716H when the restoration starts on that next year.  The 712 to 200 conversion is pretty darn slick to. Nice job Ed!!   I like em' !! You do beautiful work. Even the pedal tractor you just finished looks super to.....

Seat spins around and lines right up. Hoe has oem controls on it now (straighter).

My alteration is a 3 way valve mounted on the original hydraulic valve so I can use the loader, the back lift arms or the remote hook-up all independently. I also made the blade up front out of a water heater tank and use it instead of the 5 foot snow bucket I have. Nothing as fancy as Eddies little tractor. :)

Definitely like that B-110 Eddie! Was thinking about doing a little altering to my B-112, since I bought it in pieces already. Was thinking of painting it PO and getting "D 2-1/2" decals made, since the hood makes it look a lot like the D-21. Whaddaya think?
I didn't do it! It was a short, fat, tall, skinny guy that looked like me!

   Hey DREAM, that looks just like a photo I took a few months back of the 110. Looks like a good place to start the rebuild! I've had great luck with my local sign shop getting the decals set up the way I need them, and at a reasonable rate too.  Good luck with your project.

Pictures probably wouldn't help much IDK? I used a valve that was given to me and I doubt a similar one could be found anywhere. I'll see what I can come up with for pictures.

Chuck and IDK, my WD has two needle valves, they are a smaller in line valve that allows me to shut it off or open it. One is in the hydraulic line that goes to my loader on front and the other valve is on the hydraulic line that goes to the rear cylinders that raise and lower the rear arms. I have to stop and shut one and open the other to change so I can use either the front loader or the back blade. This allows me to set the loader or the back blade in a up position while I use the other one... Not as good as Chuck's outfit but it does work.

This is our altered Allis (AGCO)...approximately 3000HP on diesel fuel and one turbo.
