I went to New Jersey today to pick up a WD45 diesel and Also a 4 bottom snap coupler plow with the hydraulic tail wheel and a 7ft bush hog. While I was there the guy had a neat little kohler power unit from 1927 I also bought. I will post more pictures tomorrow

ZachD89, A few years ago I bought an English AC D270 online at the Kurtz Trading auction.  They didn't know anything about it but I suspect it had been in the area for a few years.  Has a side mounted mower on it and runs great.  You wouldn't happen to have seen it in your travels around the area?

I didn’t even know about that tractor till after the sale was over. It is a cool tractor but Kurtz buys tractors all over and sells them.

I lucked out on the D270.  I'd bought a JCB compact wheel loader from them a month or so earlier and had called them to see if it had been shipped yet.  The woman I talked to said it was still there as they hadn't found any truckers wanting to go that far west but they were having an auction in a couple days and she was sure there would be something from the sale that needed to go west.  I got curious and looked up the sale bill.  While looking through it I came upon something orange that looked kind of like an Allis.  Only bid once on it, I think $800, and got it, of course it cost another $400 to get it home but it did cut the cost of getting both machines out here. As you may know, its basically a model CA but with a 12 volt system and different sheet metal.  It started up and I drove it off the semi.  The mower has an interesting sickle drive system that allows it to run in any position. Good for mowing ditches or hedges, etc.  Just wondering, does Kurtz have a good reputation?  Some of the equipment they sell is a bit overused, shall we say...

I never really bought anything there but most stuff is high hours. I am sure they have some good stuff on the lot but its like most places you have to look over it good.
