What do you use for a 'rule of thumb' mix ratio when using Tisco and/or VanSickle type paints? This includes reducer and hardener.

I use 8 to 1 or just a hair more paint to reducer and cut that with xylol at about the same ratio. The xylol is not a firm ratio as I go more by what it looks like and how it goes on. I try to err on the thick side as you can cut it a little more if you do not like the way it is spraying. I test spray on something metal to see how it looks.
