Well I have finally gotten around to making my paint samples from original Allis Chalmers paint and figured I would post a couple photos here to see what everyone thinks. They are supposed to be a sample of each of the three oranges Allis used but I'm thinking one is definitely not right. Left: Corporate Middle: PO #2 Right: PO #1 Natural Sunlight does better justice for all the colors but both the Corporate and PO#2 samples are pretty much an exact match to the eye in the sunlight. Here in the photos the PO#2 looks a little redder but I think it's the camera angle and fluorescent lights. My guess is that I have 2 corporate orange samples. I am thinking that at sometime in its life, or maybe just before I bought it, the Persian Orange can(PO#2)(middle) had corporate paint put in it. As far as I could tell the corporate can was first opened by myself. Any thoughts? Besides the PO#2 sample, how close do they look? |

your PO1 looks good.... not sure if you have two PO2 or two Corporate... but one of them is wrong.
