Hey Joe, my heart meds bind me up and I need laxatives, but my insurance don't cover them. I called my pharmacist who recommended a generic one they sell, and it's the same dang ingredients as the brand name ones on the store shelf  for, Hang on Mr. Frugal, $18 a pop less. I still needed a prescription from my Doc and have to pay for it out of pocket, butt it feels good savin that $18 each month. Maybe your pharmy guy has something similar for you, and possibly your Ins would pay for it, if not it may be a frugaler price. Wink

Now don't your thigh feel better already just thinking about it. Wink

Pure Maple Syrup is good for cramps and tastes a hell of a lot better than pills. My nephew keeps a jar near the bed for when he wakes up at night because of a cramp.

Three things to reduce leg cramps.  First"drink more water", 2nd thing is "drink more water",  and last but not least  "drink more water"

Nephew is diabetic and you only take a table spoon at a time. Doesn't seem to bother him.

I used Firefox to look at those Chas and couldn't get to the checkout with Firefox.  The cost there was $12.99.  Then I opened the Chrome browser and checked on the price and it was only $8.44.  So go look, then back out and come back in again and the price drops.  Go figure.  Worth a look Joe!  Especially since us FRUGAL guys hang together and like to save some $$$

Now heard the story if you put a bar of soap under the sheets at the foot of the bed it stops night leg cramps .
Never tried it as have not been bothered with them for years but lack of potassium in system is one cause . Also low fluid intake and calcium lacking in diet is another , so the drinking milk also helps .
Life lesson: If you’re being chased by a lion, you’re on a horse, to the left of you is a giraffe and on the right is a unicorn, what do you do? You stop drinking and get off the carousel.

Yeahm Coke I mentioned my thoughts on my potassium levels maybe be too low and because of the covid BS he said they were not doing any Unnecessary lab work,,,,WHAT,,??
I have a followup in a couple of weeks and I ain't leaving the building till I get some labs run. I did buy some OTC potassium pills but al leery as I take so many other meds and don't know bout any interactions. Until then,I guess I'ma gonna be takin some of the Hylands Leg Cramps,,,,,,Clap
