Ordered 18.4 x 24 tubes for the 715B rear tires - got conformation the next day - then a couple notices on tracking , then a notice would be delivered 1 -11 -21 . So waiting for delivery 2 tubes would mean mail would need to be delivered to house - Went out to mail box - and this small flat pack is there and inside is a ring - outside sticker says insured value $20 So no tubes - ring that won't even fit my pinkie - and now wondering if credit card can cancel charge as bill is already paid . Seems when the price seemed right - one gets the shaft when ordering from outside the US , though the same product is sold off E-Bay -bait and switch for suckers I guess .

quick like a bunny, get ahold of the CC company to reverse charge PDQ !! The sooner the buyer doesn't have YOUR money, teh sooner they'll make it right..well hopefully

"did you order a package from company xxx"... YES
"did you receive a package from company xxx" ...YES
they have the tracking numbers to verify that the package was sent.... unless they get multiple fraud charges, the Post Office takes their word for it, as they have the shipping number.

called credit card company , got a e-mail they are putting hold on charge to my account until resolved - All kinds of shipping numbers and such but a 6" x 6" flat pack sure doesn't hold 2 industrial inner tubes - then ordered 2 items and only got 1 - the ring so already short changed

FYI. If I still owned my tire shop those would have cost you $37.41 each. I kept them in stock. They were a quality tube. You may be able to pick them up locally. Good luck with it.

I ordered a pair of 18.4X38 tubes from Amazon. The cost was under $70 for 2 quality radial tubes and the UPS shipping was free. When you deal with a know quantity you can be assured that your getting what you've asked for. Other than that you taking a chance. Normally I would like to deal locally and I would prefer to support local businesses, however more and more I drive all around and no one has what I'm looking for in stock and I keep hearing "we can order it", if they even understand what I'm asking for. My reply is "So can I and it will get delivered to my doorstep for less". Same goes for hardware. Now with COVID travel restrictions getting tighter because too many think it's just a hoax and will not follow the CDC guidelines, I just find what I need in the McMaster-Carr catalog and it's here the next day.

Just got a notice from the outfit - seems they want to make it right - their link to the order site doesn't come up now - times out - evidently the Credit Card company contacted them or stopped payment as about 10 e-mails i sent them finally got a answer . Looking on e-bay the $70+ cost seems many have but the shipping is the other cost . Several years back with old tires I had bought tubes from Fleet Farm as they stocked them but now don't carry them .

Comes up on my bill the amount is disputed and not charged to my card as of now but still not resolved .
Outfit sent me a e-mail and said they are checking into what went wrong - and will send a RMA to return the ring - Neither has happened . In fact cant find hte web site I ordered off of now that seems to have been taken down
