Is there a source of online parts manuals for the Allis-Chalmers construction
equipment?  Similar to Agco parts books online, no-charge?
I don't want to buy a parts book. I get curious reading the posts
here, but then I have limited ways of trying to see what is in the machines.

General Gear in Idaho that started as used crawler parts yard and has moved into after market steering clutch parts, has been adding parts books to there web site. Check and see if any model you are interested in are up.
