Wife's Company does weird stuff at holidays, this turn was Punkin Carving.  Carve at home, send photo to her boss or carry it in next day, had to be done TONIGHT.

So, Had punkin, got a pattern (She would NOT make up her mind), got some REAL tools and we started, She cut out the bottom, then cleaned out innerds, I used a drill and a really small horse d/ovaries (Hors d'Oerves) fork transferred the pattern then watched her almost screw it totally up.  Ended up I did about 70% of the actual carve out.

Mexican style ornamental skull.

The come to Jesus moment was wife wielding cutting instruments as a Axe Murderer near my arms and hands, close enough could’ve stabbed me in the heart!! Ran her off finished as could.

Last year I helped my daughter carve one of our home grown pumpkins. It was a smallish 100 lb alatantic giant. She drew her design on it and started cutting the top out. The thing was 4" thick and her carving knife wouldn't reach through. I wound up carving the basic shape out with a saws all. She thinned and finished the rest. Turned out to be a very nice pirate ship. I did most of the thinning for the sail with the saws all.
