Love to hear the engine work. You know, it has been quite some time that I was in the Allis Chalmers Business - 1962 - and I really miss some things, don't laugh. The smells of a working repair shop. The sounds of a four cyl engine under load when all is working right. The smell of fresh dirt just plowed in the spring. The sound of a 60 all crop running where the grain sounds like rain falling on a tin roof - means it running right. The smells of freshly harvested grain and straw.,
I could go on and on but I do not want to bore anyone.
You know, I spent some 35 very successful years in branch banking but I missed all that every day.
You all don't know how lucky you are.
Good Luck!

Bill I'm with you. Love the smell of fresh mowed hay, the smell of fresh plowed ground, walking into an old time shop with the wooden floor with the smell of oil and grease. Brings back alot of memmories doesn't it?
