I keep a hook on the Baler but she didn’t want to use it. I myself would just let the baler push the bale up on the rack. It looks painful watching her bend over grabbing the bales.

Fun to watch. I remember our old 302. It was pretty reliable. Never a knotter problem. Which is good because I never really figured how it actually worked. Only an occasional shear bolt at flywheel. Anyone know what causes that? It had wood slide bearings if I recall. We dropped them on the ground and had a flat bed truck and crew to manually load up. I think that was a White Reo former beer truck. Driver, stacker and 2 loaders. Good thing pop had 3 sons. Baling day was hot and dusty but all in all less labor to do hay vs all the various vegetable crops.

Dennis, I really enjoy your videos.Love to see these old rigs in the field still earning their keep.Like Dave(inMA) said, I like the grunt when you started down that last windrow, especially when ya get that double hit on the governor.Awesome sounding little tractor .I must have watched the last couple of minutes of the video a dozen times.
