They ended up a long way from home. I got a bunch of Manuals and Lititure that was stored in the warehouse when i bought it from my mother. My great grandfather was William Wertz. He started in 1910 my Grandfather took over in the 1930's and took on AC in 1937. Dad took over in 1966 when my Grandfather passed away. If you are interested check out Wertz power equipment.com.

Lloyd Wenger (0992) sold a lot of Wertz literature on eBay over the last few years.

Fred:  I keep coming back to this thread to look at that little D10 beauty you just picked up.  With all the implements you got with it I have concluded that crime seen tape should have put up to encircle the place where you got it.  Was the previous owner on oxygen or under critical care when the raid took place? LOL

Darn nice find.  I've been looking for one of those wheel/eccentric wrenches for years (the one for CA's or D-10's & 12's) with no luck.  Congratulations.  No collection like that is left in the midwest.

Fred, you have done it again sir. Sure you didn't sign something years ago that was drawn up by a fella with red skin and a forked tail? LOL!

Just kidding. Extremely nice find, and all the implements to boot. Not something you find around here for sure. Look forward to seeing her after a bath and a good rub down.

I didn't do it! It was a short, fat, tall, skinny guy that looked like me!
