I just picked up a 600 model 6 row 30" no till planter.  Paid $75 bucks for it.  Its going to need some work, but it will be turned into a 10 row 18" or 20" no till bean planter.  I will probably completely go thru it this winter (chains, blades, paint, etc) so it will be ready next spring.  It even came with free seed (about 10 years old).

Now, go straight to jail since you just stole that planter. LOL. Glad you found it at that price and good luck on the rebuild. God Bless.

I really like the pull behind part of this unit vs 2pt or 3pt. You could easily make it into a no till or reduced till planter easily, I would like to rig up my  3 pt mount six row this way. NICE

A 600 series frame and 50 series planting units with disc openers.  We sold a ton of those back in the day.   We sold em with the No Till coulters to red guys, greens guys, everybody bought one.   To bad AC didnt keep up  and let Deere steal the planter business!!!
