earlier i posted about my BOSCH saw nut cutting a true 90 degree cut...i looked it over, i don't/didn't see any more adjustments that i haven't seen before on the saw. still always cuts a 87-89 degree cut. it also isn't big nuff to cut a whole floor board, it leaves about 7/8 of an inch on the board, and no matter how i try to finish the cut, i always hafta gring or sand that part down, soooooo.....i went out and bought a new DEWALT slider saw. it'll cut a true 90 degrees and cut the whole floor board. also it is a 20V battery operated slider saw. guess i'll see how long a battery lasts on it! while i was shopping that day, my back went out in the store, had to keep finding places to land in the store. i could sit awhile then shop awhile, they didn't have any of them hot rod electric shopping carts there. PfffffT! and as i was waiting for the line to check out ahead of me there was a stool there with DEWALT's name on it, i landed on it while waiting. dang that stool was comfy and was the right height for me. my other stools i have are either to short or to tall, this one is adjustable and has a better seat cushion on it...guess it better have for $99. yeah...it came home with me too! just one thing the stimulas check paid for!

I didn't read/see your initial post about the Bosh being off a few degrees and you not being able to "dial-it-in", but there is an adjustment for that, I'm just not familiar with Bosh to help you out . You should have been able to hold your floor board tight to the fence and "tip" your board up towards the motor to finish off the cut in one motion . I "assume" the Bosh is a 10" non-slider ??

I have a Mikita LS slider and my new Dewalt outweighs it.
The Mikita is still a good saw but has a lot of miles on it. I only bring the new one out on big trim jobs. It’s bolted to a Dewalt stand on wheels and easy to move but takes up a lot of room. The Mikita quick releases from its stand and takes up much less room. Both big and bulky. |

That’s for sure. I used to haul a belt drive table saw all over creation. Was a happy day when I got a decent folding job saw. Now I want one of those light aluminum air compressors. |
