There is a detailed text describing plow frames over in the knowledge forum, Plows 101 it is called, and there is a link there to a plow frames parts book that illustrates the differences between plow frames and a link to a plow bottoms book that illustrates the plow bottoms parts and what plow frames they were used one.

Very nicely done and informative video. One point I'd make on the mono-frame plows. The 2000 series was a 5" x 7" main frame beam, while the 2500 and 3000 series were 7" x 7" main beam.

If the video has any miss info please let me know. I have no issue with going back and reshooting any scenes. I want all the info in the video to be correct.
Thank You! |

Great video. Thanks. Now I know which plow my grandfather bought with the WD in '49.
