Joe, if you look close at the drawing, you see the SWITCH is between the BOARD and the MOTOR... That means the SWITCH has to be CLOSED for the motor to run........ It still looks like the SWITCH is sticking, to me......

or like Dave said, the WIRE is sticking inside the sheath / rollers and jumping... making it look like it is still feeding with no power.
Like them all, but love the "B"s.

Well,,,I had typed up a long winded dis-a-tation of the latest on my current project AND instead of clicking "Post Reply" ,,,I must of clicked on something else and sent that post to TimBuckToo,,,!!  Dang,,I HATE when that CHIT
 happens,,!!
Now,,I know some must be sittin on pins waiting to find out how that poor Lincoln fared today,,,,,WinkWink
After an all day slugfest,,,Wink,,the Lincoln will not have to be escorted to the junk pile,,!!
I removed the gear drive/Motor and pulled the drive cover as the motor mount bolts are inside the drive. Everything inside looked good with no teeth missing or broken. On a whim, I used a jumper wire and tried the motor and the frigging thing started to run as fast as it always did,,!! I cleaned and repacked the drive and reassembled the Drive/Motor. in it's place.
Lashed everything up and the motor now runs as fast as before,,!!!????
Only'ist thing I can figure is the trigger contacts on the  "NEW" whip must of had some trash ,,,?? on the contacts,,,,and guess what??? on opening the trigger ,,,I find where some idiot had smeared some heavy grease on the contacts,,,,WTH,,,?

   I HAVE A WELDER,,,,AGAIN,,,!!!

MANY, MANY THANKS to everyone that volunteered their suggesstions,,,I appreciate all of Ya'll,,,,!!!!ClapClapClapClapClap

Well,,after a few false starts,,I finally finished the mig Dolly Cart and I really like it much better than the 4 wheel model I had before.  For main thing,,,I wanted a LOW center of gravity for use on areas with out concrete. The Dolly frame just lends itself to being able to maneuver it many wonderfuls,,!!
Many THANKS to Steve(ill)  for his design,,,it worked out great!!
I might of fudged a bit in that I robbed two of the pneumatic tires from the old cart just to give em a tryWinkWink ( Thanks DIYDAVE) still have the hard rubber ones of these don't work out. I was kinda concerned about the weight of the CO2 cylinder shifting around so I put a 3 1/2" muffler clanp  under the plastic handle and bolted her down,,,it ain't gonna move for chit,,,,!!!

Wow Joe, that cart looks great, between you and Steve you guys could go into fabrication, looks better, stronger and more practical than anything you could pull off a shelf anywhere. Let me know when you start taking orders. Side note, have you heard anything more from Shameless.
