They came and put the wood and the rafters up Tuesday and Wednesday. Took 4 of them 1 1/2 days to complete. Next will be the tin on Friday. Going to be nice when all done. Made it to 50 today. rrhead(SD)

Those direct burial post, what treatment are they? I'm assuming SYP PT lumber, just curious as to the rating, .60?? Around these parts, bugs are eating .40 PT lumber pretty quickly, can't even use it for direct burial anymore I think.

That is looking good! I am amazed how quickly the crew is building that building! Mine seemed to take all summer, and you are getting almost as nice of weather. You won't regret that purchase, I'll bet!

good looking building, i would have thought that the snow in your area would have required the trusses to be set closer than that, i put up a 24x40x12 here in jan 2008, and i used 6" post with 5' trust spacings, and my material package cost me $3500, the crew i had put my small barn up in 2 days and that cost me another $1500
