You’ve got my truck. I had a 97 F350 the same color. I traded it in 07. I wish I had never gotten rid of it.

Wow Dave, that is a beautiful D 17. I can't wait to see it some day. Your old Ford still looks good too. I remember at the Pontiac GOTO, we all liked listening to the 7.3 and wanted to buy it off you. lol

I was not around when the Series IV D-17 came out.  Closed in 1962.
That is a real clean D-17 Series IV.  Hard to believe the age.
Nice looking truck and trailer.  Would have LOVED to have had them when we were selling.  The transportation and hauling equipment today is outstanding.
Good Luck!

WOW Dave, that is quite a find!!  Sure hope you didn't steal it out of my back yard.  I've been wanting a Series IV.
Wheels and rims don't look original?  TOO clean and whitish/ivory colored.  That was WELL taken care of!  Are you the second owner? Which forum member did you meet?

Ted,  the wheels front and rear have been painted at some point over the years but the rest is in original condition.Rear rims were repaired also.I feel fortunate to have acquired this one in this condition. The forum member was "dualquads" from Ill.He and his wife are very nice folks.I am the third owner. It was in the previous owners family for the last 46 years since 1974.They took good care of it for sure.
