But now I do that you can actually break your butt!

Been going thru therapy sessions, PT for weeks now, all was looking weird where the gals just were so confused as to what was going on with me all on orders from my back doc that I had Sacrum Iliac joint issues and sciatica to which conventional treatments failed MISERABLY. SI belts, SI and core strengthening exercises just made the issue madder and madder. Then they found my right hip sensitive VERY sensitive and thought MAYBE a damaged hip soft tissue, not so said the MRI, then the next doc told I had gluteal weakness to work on that. Again the PT techs ran around looking at each other as if the doc was a moron, my Core is great strong, my glutes absolutely too strong then the magic struck, Gluteus Medius, there are three major gluteal muscles, Maximus, Minimus and Medius with the last curved around under/behind the pelvic bone, this one had real time issues. The tech informed me I had broken my Butt!

Was told is likely THE hardest muscle to id for pain or weakness as it does so little EXCEPT when angry. I possibly while fence setting or working on any of my machines sat wrong twisted wrong or shock loaded it and either tore or ruptured it. Now for the next round of exercise and stretches.

I've busted my a$$ many times, but never broke my butt. However, when in high school (only a few short years ago), a classmate of mine broke her butt. Darrel

Broke my tailbone in high school playing basketball. That's about as low down on your butt you can get. Still bothers me today.
