need shift knob for 200

OK, I was putting the shifter knob back on the lever and I wanted to be sure it was on far enough so I tapped it "one more time", well that was one time to many. It broke into several pieces. About 2" diameter, 5/8 shaft, no threads. Let me know it you have one.
