From the manual: To disassemble pedestal and front steering gear, support tractor under torque tube and remove front wheels. Remove cap screws retaining pedestal to front support and remove pedestal. Remove cap screw, washer and shims from top of vertical spindle shaft and pull pinion gear off shaft. Withdraw shaft, bearing cone and oil seal from bottom of housing.

If you mean the wheel bearings: Pull off the wheels and hubs. the bearings are ball bearings. The inside of the bearings are a tight fit to the spindles and the outside of the bearings run in a race that is pressed into the hub. You may need a puller or a chisel and BFH to take the bearings off the spindles; a chisel and hammer works well to remove the races pressed into the hubs.
