   Take them to the UPS Store and they can wrap them in bubbles or popcorn.  Their boxes are double layered.

   Depending on the size of the box, I have done stuff like that in the USPS flat rate boxes.  Slip a luan liner in there for additional support in case it gets "air Mailed."
