Slowly getting better now that I have made the decision. Now just need to get through the next three weeks as the boss won't be back for another week and I will then give my two week notice. It will take some time before I can forget the bad stuff from work and remember just the good but I will get there.

Sorry I didn't get on here to give you some sage advice Stan, but you got it from everyone else.  Life is TOO short to worry and having a job that is like you say,,,,,,well, it's just NOT good for you.  You have to ENJOY going to work or, it becomes a job.
You'll be glad you made the right decision in a couple of months.  I retired at 53 and never thought about getting another job.  Money CAN'T buy you happiness. (although it would be nice to buy more Allis) Big smile
Enjoy life, you've only got one and it goes fast...
