Mounds of sentiment against Tyson and Agri Food corporations closing these processing plants, ending “Hundreds of Jobs”, how soon the media forgets.
East St Louis IL, a place in History of “National City” where stockyards were by the mile and processors were listed as a Who’s Who parade. Been closed and the City abandoned for close to five decades. Were no whining calls of impending doom as the trains stopped and the stockyards closed. Processors opened NEW facilities in KS and NE as that National City Closed. So too the jobs are moving again. |
