Found these two tractors on the local Craigslist, nice not to have to spend a lot on diesel to go get something.  Lots of good parts, gas tanks, belt pulley, sheet metal all pretty decent, rims all good, one new rear tire...another save from the scrapholes.

Very nice haul. The single front wheel on the WD must have some value too. Usually when I get parts tractors the rims are rusted out and just about fall off while loading. Which can be a good thing if the tire is junk too. That's how I got out of taking two junk tires with me on the last WD I bought for parts.

Good find! Now the issue!  6000 onion sets, back hurts, ( who cares! lol ) dollar per onion grown, next day $300 plus FUEL!   Sorry had to do that! What a great find for the money! We all knew that there was a new RIDE in the future! Now you are back to work, or not, FORGOT your back after 6000 sets, and as Shameless would say, "my wonderful wife, bride, of, many years! " did half the work!
Just havin fun!

Great find, Eldon. Especially the sfw WD.
Just an old country boy saved by the grace of God.

Yes the sfw was what caught my attention.  Unfortunately the tire is not much count, and new ones are pricey. That tractor has done a lot of work, the hole where the steering wheel shaft goes thru the quad plate is about twice as big as it should be. I've never seen one wore like that, and the drawbar hole is almost worn thru!
