Was going to load the front axle in the truck and noticed this and wondering if it can be shimmed up? This is the right side but viewing it from the front of the tractor. Funny how all these things are overlooked when you buy them.

Looks like you may have to do the king pins. There is quite a bit of wear visible on the bottom of the axle. There should be a bronze thrust washer between the underside of the axle and the spindle. I have done many of these. Remove the kingpin and replace the spindle bushings. You may have to machine or grind the spindle lower bearing surface and the bottom of the axle to get them true to the pin. You can add some shim washers with the thrust washer to take up the wear. Probably will need a new kingpin also..

Its loaded and headed for the machine shop today. The other side has a bushing on the bottom, I didn't know whether there was something missing or worn.
