Truck stays in the dry but will get caught in the rain. Does everything stay on the holders?

I still have the one I bought, years ago, its got 3 sets of Snap on wrenches in it, plus 3/8 and 1/2 drive deep and shallow sockets in it, plus lots of other stuff!  Usedta have it mounted in a jeep CJ5, you could hear me comin from a mile away, but I never lost a wrench, when the lid was down!  Go for it, its a good value!

Good boxes everything stays in place. Never had an issue with water and it sets outside some of the time.

Go for it you will not be sorry.
