I noticed a broken spring hanging from the govenor link at the carb connection.
After parts checking i orderd a new surge spring. I can not find a parts brek down that shows exactly where to connect. It looks like there is a hole in the link arm about 2 inches from where it links to the carb. Does anyone have a picture or good discription on the proper location?
