You can do whatever shopping or changes you want during the open enrollment period - but if your happy with present coverage - just continue paying the premiums - or new premium they say - and keep the present policy coverage in place .

I have used Ucare MN for last 8 years and see this year the prescription drug went from $8 to $12 for tier 1 drug . 
 But I signed up for Sam's Club Premium and drugs are $4 for 30 day supply so it's cheaper to use Sam's pharmacy but i still kept the drug coverage under U care
