Most any tractor pull I've ever been associated with, says 3,000 RPM max for any stock flywheel. That is mandated by the INSURANCE COMPANIES who insure the Clubs or Organizations who sponsor the events. Sounds pretty reasonable except, 3,000 RPM on a 2- cylinder Deere ?? really ??.
