Anyone have a map or layout of what all the buildings were at AC. I know there is a pamplet, I believe from the land of power tour, that lists what was made in what building. I have a video Idea...any help would be appreciated.

Austin,  If you find one let me know awol1407@verizon.net.  Pop and I went on a tour of the plant two times.  Was quite a tour.
Good Luck!

Austin, I have a map from a brochure that I got from my mother in law.  Her dad worked at West Allis also.   I can try to take a picture of it for you, or maybe my wife could scan it at work.   I'll try something when I get back later tonite.

Noticed this comment on some of those pictures from the link on Goose post, someone might want to follow up on it.

I work in this plant, the history is awesome. Really a shame they left...My father worked for Allis Chalmers and has fond memories of the job, said it was the best place he ever worked. If anybody wants some pics of the inside of the plant let me know.

If you make it to West Allis, the building on Washington street has a large map on the west wall of the entrance hallway of what all the buildings were.
They also have other numerous pictures of the glory days through out the offices, lunchroom, walkway etc.

I have several plant tour booklets from 1951-1962 that have drawings that identify the different buildings. I can't post my scanned images for some reason so I'll PM to you.
