I’ve got my D15 diesel Industrial backhoe engine tore down. Im looking for the main bearings for the crank shaft. Which is getting ground to .030” under. Any leads or help would be appreciated.

Good Luck with your search.
I just rebuild the Diesel in my D15 2 years ago and It was a struggle to find standard bearings.  (Or any parts for that matter)
these thinks pop-up once in a while.

hopefully someone here can help.

I Googled and Yesterday's Tractors and others have the std. main sets.  Instead of turning the crank under, is having it built up and turned to std. and option?

I’ve talked with All State Ag, Reliance & Jen Sales. All out of stock. If I could find a standard set. Having the crank mains built up is an option.
Joe, those bearings are for the D17 or D19.
I believe this engine to be a 175cid.

Joe(TX) I looked at the specs for the D17 D226 diesel compared to the D15 D175 diesel. And it looks like those main bearings will work for either one.

Thank you for the information.

They are all the same. D15D, D17D, D19G/LP, and D19D all use the same main/rod bearing.

I ran into this when I redid my D15D Years ago. No sets in stock for a D15D (175CID) but PLENTY of stock for D17D (262 CID). Just ordered them for a D17D and had some main bearings left over that I didnt use.

All the 175CID engine is is a 262 6 cylinder with back 2 cyinders missing. Bore, Stroke, rod, are all the same
