The 16B I was looking at here has finally sold, got transported to IA. Not much as to parts machines since the huge Chinese salvage run a few years back as most that could be were sold for scrap..

I hate to sound cryptic but, there was a thread on here where a guy had a 16 or 16b for sale as parts machine. It was in Greeneville, NORTH carolina. It was in the constructions forum , not Classifieds. I talked to the guy on the phone about it. No, I don't remember his name. I'll try to find the thread.
Found it: Nice looking machine baremetal. Your serial number makes it a 69 model.I have a 68 model with the serial number 13204. I don't know what happened but my machine has the Rockford torque but according to the parts book and hd6 mere should have the twin disc. I'm looking to sell the machine and all my spare parts plus a heavy duty root rake made for the c frame. My 16b does all the work Around the farm now. 252 916 2927 The members name is: hd16b. Forgot his real name. Maybe he is selling an HD11 and works the 16b.? Edited by Ferdinand - 06 Apr 2017 at 5:44am |

I've got a vee blade. Also, Know were theres another one for $2500.00 Okolona MS. (found it 3 miles away after I had mine delivered). might know of another one + he might have some parts he's got 2 FA 16B's he quit running (kinda pricey) I've got a AC hd16DC & hd16A that I'm getting ready to shear & rake 120 acres with. There is an HD16dp for parts down @ Greenville Al (under carrage wore out & sorry I cut the C-frame to get the trunions caps for my rake) Also looked at a Hd11 straight shift local that had water get into 3 cylinders Had a good set of tracks that should be able to buy cheap since they wanted $3500 before they found out the engine was bad. Hey, Also there was a FA16B & HD16DP over Near Cullman Al. Kinda hate to tell all my honey holes Forrest 205-4543151
