I have fuel leaking out where the injector mounts to the intake manifold. is there a rubber seal that can be replaced? Does anyone know what the problem could be?

Yup, sounds like a sealing washer, I think you can get at your Agco dealer or injection shop, Good luck.

somethings wrong here in terminology, the injector does not go in the intake manifold, injectors are held via bolts and hold down in a cummins type copper sleeve pressed into and sealed in the head. Fuel injectors will not leak fuel out side the engine unless broken or split due to water in fuel. Leaks occur from drip lines seeping and running into the hole the injector sets in then when engine gets hot it comes out and appears to be coming from the injector. The most common thing we find is the valve cover is leaking and allow oil to get in injector hole and them comes out the outside thus looking like fuel leak . A leak in an injector will also be noticable as a miss in the engine and a massive leak. Fuel at 3000 psi + will not 'seep' and cannot be stoped by seals except from the drip lines. Also keep in mind on 6080's and all 4.33 engines there are no sealing washers on the bottom of the tip as there are in 2200 solid non - tube heads.

I have seen several times where someone "rebuilds" the bosch bar stock injectors, and doesn't lap the mated surfaces, and this causes a seeping type of leak between the parts inside the injector. No seals are used though. Dust seals are not for sealing fuel. Hopefully this will help.

I don't understand a drip line, is this a special line and if so what is it's purpose? How do I corredt the drip?

return line bolts to the side, and goes along from one injector to the next. The hollow bolt is fragile, and the 2 copper washers are prone to leaking. Don't overtighten the banjo bolt, you will break it off. good luck.
