My pickup on the header does not turn anymore. Last few years I would change the drive motor and it would work again, but not this time.

The oil in the system gets too hot!

The hyd pump must be worn and recirculating the oil?

Any suggestions? I don't think Agco sells the pump anymore?

Tore down pump, everything was good except the bushings on the end cap of the pump. 1400 hours on separator seemed like low hours for failure.

Agco parts persons have difficulty finding it because pickup headers are not listed in their parts books and there is no model number on a pickup header.

This takes you to a wrecker or a hyd shop.

The pump is made by Cessna - company owned by Eaton. The pump is discontinued in this configuration - having end ports as compared to side porting. If you're lucky you can get another similar new pump and just swap the end cover with your correct ports. Then you're good to go.
