took the big boy pickup into town to fill the tank with diesel. didn't want it to sit all winter with an almost empty tank cuz of condensation. got it filled...at $4.99/gal...left there and got about a mile....and the injection pump went out of it!!! PfffffT! got it towed home for another hunert bucks. will prolly hafta have it towed to where it'll be fixed, but I can hold off on that awhile! I still gots the Dodge diesel to drive and one of my burbs!

Shamers, Hope you get lucky and it's a pump relay not pump.
  Did you notice if on the pump or inside bldg said if fuel is winter treated ?? We've had lows in low 20's recently. 
 I Noticed wednesday the Cenex near me has a sign saying diesel is winter treated first I've seen this year.
 In October I drained sediment bowl & water separator and added anti-gel & anti-freeze treatment to the AC200 tractor & skidloader I'll use this winter and topped off their fuel tanks. Straight #2, they'll run to -20F as treated, at least always did in past.

I added Service One to the tank before I pumped anything. I was gonna ad some Howse later, not now tho, wouldn't get a good mix.
