No cab and all of them have a short or bent over exhaust. That tells me low clearance needed. Gotta be a metro area to have that many of them.  Can't make out the liscence plates on the front. Canada maybe?

These are sidewalk snowplows for the city of Rochester NY. I was just reading the Oliver magazine which had 3 Olies narrowed up. Private contractors bid on 80,000 feet to clear.
