ONE good use for solar panels.....kinda clever...
saves 65 BILLION gallons of water even WHEN the panels fail..

hmm, maybe use dead panels, since you can't recycle them !!

They fill reservoirs with black plastic balls for the same reason.
Ten Amendments, Ten Commandments, and one Golden Rule solve most every problem. Citrus hand-cleaner with Pumice does the rest.
