10' or 12' transport disc will work with a D17.
Why do today what you can put off til tomorrow.

transport disc is that what its called on my tractor the draw bar which I guess would be the pivot piont is at the bottom and the lift arms are on the top, my neighbor has a massey and everything is opposite so I am thinking his equipment wont work for me is that correct

If you have three point, all Massey three point stuff will work. My experience with three pointed mounted disks is that they are too light to do real work. I much prefer the pull behind disks that have a substantial frame for weight to get penetration.

Ok thanks I think I'll just putt on over and show off my new tractor and see just what he has that will fit me, which will be good cause to get to him I have to go past another guy who is pro J.D. nothing runs like a deer, they usually walk unless theyre being pushed is what I like to say just for the fun of it, not trying to make foe's

If you have two lift arms on the rear and one hook inside a funnel shaped thing underneath, you have "Snap Coupler" an Allis Chalmers exclusive hitching system. There are aftermarket 3 point hitches available to convert a snap coupler tractor over.

Sweet more money, tell me where I can get hooked up investments are a good thing, sure think they would make things universal, like treble hooks are treble hooks just different sizes, but hey that ok I am into farmin now I'm not goin backwards
