I want to build a packer and water unit for our garden tractor puller's club. Just wondering what some of you guys use or have seen being used? I'm thinking of building a mini wobble wheel if I can figure out how to do it! LOL!

The guys in Wauseoun that host the NATPA event have 2 "mini" wobbles.  Pull them with a couple compact tractors.  I am sure someone knows a member out there.  Dont remember if it is Fulton Co pullers or Miami .....

That looks good. I was thinking of something like that but a bit smaller so I could pull it with an HB112.

Find two duley rears chop the pumkins out narrow them up tight set the back one to miss match the front that should get you in the 4 foot range build the box as a water tank and you can easily add water for weight as needed but just as eaisly dump it for transportset your track sprayer on top   put a 4 ft by 6 ft sign on top and sell it as advertising to help pay it back
You can wash the dirt off the body but you can’t wash the farmer out of the heart and soul
