i600 Forklift shuttle assist

   Hi all

Well, I’m finally getting into my i600 forklift restoration but I’m
having a problem as I want to bring back the shuttle assist foot pedal that
someone before me dismantled and threw the parts out, they welded the foot
pedal to the floor. The only part left is one hydraulic cylinder, there was supposed
to be 2 cylinders and a 3rd unit that connected to the foot pedal, I’m looking
to see if anyone knows where to find these parts as I have searched up and down
the internet with no mention of anything close. If I even had the main cylinder
which is the controller one connected to the foot pedal as a reference so I
could machine a new one.  I have used my forklift for years and always
wanted to restore it as it's an awesome unit and well worth the
investment.  Any info to this situation would be helpful.

	Was it a shuttle clutch with internals analogous to the manual shuttle which was available on the D14/D15? Just curious. The cylinders wouldn’t have to be very large to do what it needed to do. And the pedal probably just directed the flow to the appropriate cylinder.

	The pedal opened hydraulic flow to a small cylinder which then moved the shuttle shaft, check out the photo, it looked like a good design, and I don’t know why someone would dismantle it. Edited by d restorer - 02 Jun 2023 at 7:58pm
