Eldon - that's a hijacked eBay account. Not the first post of that same 7060 tractor that I'd seen with a similar price tag. I turned the last one in to eBay. Look at the other items the seller has for sale and it's instantaneously obvious. Only takes one idiot to bite on one of those listings in maybe thousands of attempts to make it worthwhile for the criminal. Mike

They have something for everyone! Airplanes, boats, luxury cars AND tractors. Such a deal.

I checked again this morning and the listing was still up. I looked around some more at the seller and perhaps it's not a hijacked account. Some of the items do appear to be a little closer to reality in pricing. But everything about the seller should would have me running the other direction. If this business on eBay is an agent for sellers, the person selling this 7060 is a complete idiot to ask 60K for it and still leaves me wondering if their goal is to get unsuspecting buyers to way overpay. Even the feedback for supposedly completed auctions seems to be contrived in my opinion...perhaps from fake completed auctions. Mike

WOW That thing has only been used about 2.5 hours per year.
Was there really a 20 speed tranny in a 7060?

Wouldn't a Power Director be 20 speed?...don't remember exactly but I'd guess 5 speed trans X 2 speed range X 2 speed PD = 20.

I am not familiar with the big numbered tractors. However, your explanation sounds logical. I knew there were speed ranges but did not know how the power director would multiply into that.

It's legit. I have seen the tractor in person. The story was that the dealer, which is no longer AC but is open some and functions to a limited capacity, ordered this tractor new to resell but kept it after their dealership with AC was up. When I saw it it had 46 or 50 hours on it and this was 5 years ago at least. It is a new tractor, and has been stored there since new. It's the real deal fellas. They told me it was the last new tractor delivered to their dealership, the dealership looks like it did back in 1980, neat as a pin too, all the signs are still up and everything. My A330 corn head has a dealer sticker from there on it.
