The first one with the concrete Allis Chalmers letter sign is E. F. Delaney & Sons, Holcomb, MO.  The building was still there about eight to ten years ago.  Don't know who the second dealer is.

The second picture is near LaPorte Indiana.  The building still stands but is no longer a dealership.

The first one still shows up on google maps and is located east of Holcomb, MO on Missouri Highway 25.  I couldn't get the google link to work here.  Looks like the building still had the Allis Chalmers lettering on it as of January 2016 according to google map.
