Welcome to the AC forum.
Is this what your 700’s hydraulic pump looks like? Photo shows the hydraulic pump attached to a perkins diesel.
These other two photos show the June 1977 Allis-Chalmers parts book pages for the hydraulic pump per the 700, 706, 706B for both gasoline & diesel models. If your hydraulic pump assy is still original, then it should be part number 1009240. Refer to the footnote listed at the bottom of parts number page, you'll follow the single * column per 700.

Looks like yours has bee rebuilt once. There is a stamp on the front of the pump that tells you who made it or a part number . You'll have to back track from there and find the parts after market. I sold my allis last fall and all the info went with it in the books. there are parts for it out there
