The hydralics on my wd went up & now won't go down. Even with pressure.Helppp

They need weight, and lots of weight, to go down.  Sometimes standing on ours is barely enough.

check your linkage, i believe on mine, traction booster rod came off and it wouldnt go down, another one came off and it did the same thing, something to look for...

I'm no expert,,but here's what I have learned about this sorta thing.
My WD (unknowingly) had been hit from behind before I bought it, and it was hit SO hard, the snap rings that stop the cylinders from full extention had been knocked off.
So when I raised my arms, they would exstend past the stop and get into a bind,,so that COULD be a possability.
the other thing is the "Hold Position" setting on top of your hydro pump could be out of adjustment and there are two possability's there.
The small rod that works with the "lift/lower" rod could be out of adjustment.
OR, the hold position ball could be stuck possably and not letting the fluid bleed off when you move you lever to the lower position.

Could be a broken spring in the pump that is caught in a spool. My WD had that happen so I replaced all the springs as they were all worn thin. Happened while I was driving home with a 2 bottom plow after a plow day. I noticed a smell of hot hydraulic oil and then the pump started smoking. Wouldn't go down even with the tractor shut off. Thought I ruined it but I just replaced the springs and it's been fine ever since.

You may try turning in the control screw closest to the clutch housing.  That will move the valve rack and perhaps cause the rams to fall. 
Also, there was a report of the detent spring in the bottle valve on top of the pump being worn and not seating.
Also, listen closely to what is said above.  It seems they have deep experience in this field.  Remember too that you are dealing with - in some cases - a 62 year old unit.  Things can go wrong very unexpectedly due to this age and use.
