Have bought and sold to members in OR, CT, OK, FL, IL, and IN just off the top of my head. Have conversed with members in Canada, England, the Netherlands, and Australia (never would have done that without this site !). One of the neatest is meeting folks face to face at shows like the GOTO's, Wheatstock, and other AC featured shows.

I have bought more than I've sold and never had a bad experience. Several people on here have gone out of their way to lend a helping hand at times. Couldn't ask for a better bunch of people.

I've bought and sold many parts through this Forum and have always dealt with great people. Never had a bad experience. I've personally met several folks from here and had phone conversations with a few more.  Some have come for a visit and some have even stayed for a day or two. Great people in this 'Orange family"!
Thanks to Darin for the greatest site on the web.

Like most of you, many times with no real bad experiences. If you guys are like me, there's probably many times you've had members jump in and help with hauling stuff, or you have hauled stuff for other members. That's a real big help for me.

Yes, I  have bought parts from the vendors and other folks on this forum.  Tony @ Tony's Tractors, Steve @ B&B and others.  Great folks to do business with!  I've been looking at an Allis C to go with the CA.  If I can sneak it into the yard I know I'll be looking for more help and parts from the all the folks on this forum.

Thanks to all!
My tractor is not leaking oil, it's just marking it's territory!

Bought some and sold a little on here.  Haven't gotten burned yet.  Dealt with the guy that burned Eldon but I only put down a deposit and paid for it when I picked it up.  Tried to get in touch with him after he burned Eldon but no luck, guess he knew the gig was up.  Gotten lots of good advice about almost anything.  I typically won't take a check from someone I haven't personally known for a while but this forum is my exception to that rule.

As with most everyone else, I have found this forum to be an extremely useful tool to network with other AC enthusiasts and collect and provide information. I have had the pleasure to meet a couple forum members ( John(MI) and Joe(OH) ) and expect to meet many more in the years to come while I build up my AC fleet. In the four months that I have known about this forum, I have been led to the following purchases with absolutely no bad experiences to date.

D17 WFE from Gary in da UP
Oxnard Back Blade, Model 63 Plow, & Model 73 Plow from John(MI)
D17 Snap Coupler Latches from d17brown
White-Top Roto-Baler Manuals & Supplements from Ray
Model 541 Four Row Cultivator from Joe(OH)

There are a great group of people here and I look forward to meeting more of you.

Tim

I have bought and sold a bunch of AC stuff here. Only had a couple of deals that went south. For the most part people here have been very helpful with my want list, parts and help with problems. Many I have never met but they handled money transactions very professionally, most on just my word. Your name says alot about yourself here and elsewhere. I try to protect mine by doing what I say,and what we agreed too. A big thanks to the guys that haved stored or moved stuff to a pickup location for me or my friends. You know I will return the favor anytime. Tracy Martin

I've bought, sold, and given parts to fellow members lots of times. well.........I say given, but despite the fact that I said it was free, I've always got something in return.....sometimes more than what it was worth. The people on this forum never cease to amaze me!

Yep, me too. Bought and sold. I sold a NOS D17 Diesel tachometer to someone on this site but can't quite remember his handle here. From Illinois I believe. Was always going to ask how it worked out so if you are reading this let me know. Pics of restore would be nice too if you have them.

This site has been a way for AC Fans from all over the world to share information and is a positive learning experience. If you need something AC there is no better place in the world to find it but right here.
I have found and bought or traded for a number of needed parts from forum members and have sold a item or 2 also.
A most interesting request came from a forum reader in The Netherlands. He remembered a thread about the original upolstery material on a B/C seat cushion and contacted me asking if I had a canvas seat cover for his B for sale. I just happened to have one left and after a bit of a unfortunate mix up causing a delay in recieving payment he got his seat cover. It fit over his black vinyl cushion perfectly and he was Tickled Orange with the 50s look it added to his B. He uses his B to win Blue Ribbons in almost every plowing contest he enters. Without this forum, Hermin would still be plowing sitting on a slippery black vinyl seat cover.
I got the right canvas to make seat covers from  Brett Phillips. AC forum member from Virginia.
