A lot of the pieces/parts were made by Oliver from their working agreement. The PTO looks very similar, the "tub" the engine sets in, and the transmission layout look very Oliver! I know thier moldboard plows were Oliver, since Oliver bilt for Sears, Moline, Ford and probablyy a few others!

The 30 Cockshutt has nothing in common with any Oliver as it was the first tractor built by Cockshutt.Before the 30 Cockshutt sold rebadged Olivers.After Oliver/White bought Cockshutt some Olivers were painted Cockshutt colors and decaled Cockshutt for the Canadian market.

I believe the Cockshutt 30 had a Buda engine in them. I remember dad and I tearing the motor out of a 30 and getting it rebuilt when I was 16 or 17. Nothing very recent

The 30 could be had with a gas or diesel B-153 Buda engine.

The E3 tractor was entirely non-Oliver... it was their own, and it was prior to Cockshutt being merged with Oliver, White, etc.,...
The E3 had a flat-floor operator's station with exceptional ergonomics. It wasn't a field powerhouse, but the 'live' PTO was totally understated- when Cockshutt came out with "LIVE", they mean LIVE... as in... whenever the engine was running, you flipped the lever and it was on, flip it, and it was off... no foot clutch or hand clutch action involved or interfered...
As a result, if you wanted to run a front-end loader, slip a PTO-mount hydraulic pump on back, and put it to work... live meant LIVE.
Farm tractor history is an interesting thing... the patent office was a key battleground from the very start.

Ten Amendments, Ten Commandments, and one Golden Rule solve most every problem. Citrus hand-cleaner with Pumice does the rest.
